The paper overviews the concept and characteristics of medical information resources, analyzes the challenges of medical information resources construction and utilization under information environment, puts forward corresponding countermeasures, including actively promoting the application of information resource "zero growth" theory, fixing medical information resources collection key points and collection methods, further strengthening users′ information consciousness, promoting the composite development of collection information resources, constructing interlibrary cooperation and resource sharing mechanism.
