The paper elaborates the basic concepts of internet of things and cloud computing, analyzes its influence on education informatization development in colleges and universities, puts forward four strategies under internet of things and cloud computing environment: establishing powerful administration system, shifting the construction emphasis of software and hardware, constructing cloud platform based on internet of things, constructing high intelligence campus.
