The paper briefly analyzes the background, target of regional health informatization construction status as well as traditional realization mode, introduces cloud computing mode, explores the regional health informatization construction based on cloud computing mode from the aspects of integration framework, data integration, application integration, implementation deployment and so on, then points out the problems which should be considered under cloud computing mode.
