Based on the investigation of surgical remote teaching system requirements in China-Japan Friendship Hospital, the paper introduces the formulation of system construction plan, including investigation and analysis on current conditions, video technology and medical equipments analysis, system function requirements analysis, system architecture design. Compared by different products, finally facilities are chosen to construct high definition surgical teaching system.
