By questionnaires the current status of information system in medical and health institution in Guangxi province is investigated. Its construction status and determinant factors are investigated, aiming to provide decision-making evidence for launching information safety level protection project. The results reveal that the construction of health informatization in medical and health institution Guangxi province is still in preliminary stage, far behind the demand in deepening health care reform, still way forward.
