The paper analyzes medial informatics literatures in PubMed database from 2010 to 2012.The high-frequency subject headings are determined to form co-word matrix, then transform the co-word matrix into dissimilarity matrix. With the help of SPSS, hotspots of medical informatics abroad are obtained through cluster analysis and multi-dimensional analysis.
