Taking CNKI as data sources, the paper analyzes research hot topics of subject services in college and university libraries based on keyword frequency and g-index. Six research hot topics are summarized including subject librarian system, services mode innovation of college and university libraries under network environment, subject information commons, information service for the construction of key subjects, digital library, and embedded subject service.
