By analyzing data from VIP Chinese Periodical Database and the US. National Library of Medicine PubMed system, the paper retrieves the signaling pathway of Wnt/catenin and P23K/AKt. Through analyzing the results from different retrieval queries, it elaborates the retrieval methods and problems that should be noticed in medical literature signaling pathway retrieval.
