Combined with the experiences of No161 PLA Hospital, the paper introduces the design and implementation process of comprehensive outpatient information system based on back-hospital one-card pass system. It clarifies the concrete business process and system architecture, discusses the disadvantages and future development. The practice shows that comprehensive outpatient information system is an effect method to improve out-patients process and provide facility for patients.
