Utilizing Gcluto clustering software, taking nutrition therapy related literatures from PubMed as research objects, the paper carries out biclustering analysis using Gcluto10 software from two dimensions: subject headings and Pmid. The results show that foreing nutrition therapy research could be devided into 7 hot spots. Biclustering could capture main research hot spots and representative literatures rapidly, the analysis results could meet the expected goal.
