Based on understanding the application status of E-Portfolio both in China and abroad, combined with the cultivation objectives of “biomedical literature and network resources” course, the paper designs a new E-Portfolio system for teaching. After data analysis by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and Matlab software, the result reveals that e-portfolio is focusing on process evaluation and interactive evaluation, could reflect the learning affect accurately and comprehensively, that should be stepped into popularization and further discussion.
