The paper clarifies the coonotation of information literacy and the neccesity of cultivating information literacy of medical staffs, points out the problems that should be noted , including optimizing collection allocation, improving the quality of librarians, carrying out corresponding training for medical staffs, paying more attention to practicability, etc.
