The motivation of health informatization construction in hospital is clarified in the paper, the challenges is analyzed. Strategies including promoting government support , strengthening medical safety comprehensive administration , paying attention to information standardization, and building up team work mechanism is introduced, aiming to gradually foster the development of health informatization in hospital.
