Compared domestic and international clinical reservation system on construction and application current situation ,the paper introduces existing problems and challenges, and then strategies are proposed for increasing social propaganda, building reliable system of patients of appointment, improving the original number of reservation number, specification for doctor visits and so on, aiming to provide evidence for health managersfinding ways to structure better system.
