SWOT is introduced in the paper. By utilizing the SWOT, rehabilitation medicine resources development in Tangshan area is introduced, including strength,weakness,opportunity,threat,and then based on the situation, strategies are proposed, and that provides background information for further developing sharing of rehabilitation medicine resources and improving rehabilitation medical service.
