The connotation of knowledge acquisition is explained in the paper. From the aspect of knowledge, the system of traditional Chinese medicine is divided into two major stretch, explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge．Based on the different feature of knowledge, the access to certain part of the knowledge is different. How to assure the access and tips for understanding better the knowledge are proposed.
