The paper introduces the basic situation of US Healthcare Information and Management System Society (HIMSS) Electronic Medical Records (EMR) application model, proposes further analysis of the model from the concept, development forward, evaluating scopes and methods, intending to provide reference for structuring EMR and evaluation system of China.
