Based on the systematic analysis relevant literature of US EMR: meaningful use,the paper introduces the index of evaluation standard including the core function and menu function index, the first stage "meaningful use" standard index, differences between standard index of second stages with the first stage,etc. In the last, evaluation index of clinical quality is illustrated.
