The paper briefly analyzes the current insufficiency of pre-hospital care, then generates emergency medical call locatization search system from its design and functions, including mobile tracker response for help, ambulance vehicular information terminal, the 120 emergency center integral treatment network ,and innovation of the emergency medicine.
