Carried out investigation on requirement of Office Automation System(OA) for 74 medical and health institutions in Jilin province, the result reveals that current situation, namely the degree of support and functional requirements for the OA , the paper discusses related questions including integration of subsystem, accuracy of information transmission, imbalance of demand, teasibility of practice, and describes the design advices.
