The paper introduces the challenge of data mining of medical industry in the age of big data, and proposes a platform of medical data mining based on Hadoop ecosystem with the technology of cloud computing. The detailed function layer is also described in the paper including fundamental layer, platform layer ,function layer and business layer for providing new ideas for big data analysis and mining in medical industry.
