According to the present situation of the Hospital Information System (HIS) and the NET Framework characteristics, the paper provides a HIS implementation framework based on ASPNET, that is the 3 layer architecture of the B/S mode, respectively, client layer, middle layer, data layer, and discusses how to access to database by the ADONET technology, a better database connection mode in HIS is also provided.
