According to the standard of Electronic Medical Records(EMR)announced by The people's Republic of China Health and Family Planning Commission , taking Yijishan Hosptital of Wannan Medical College as an example, the paper analyzes the EMR key issues in design and applying, including the concept of design, standard and integration, the whole structural design, quality control , safety design and electronic signature and suggestion is proposed.
