The paper introduces the concept of information therapy and medical information prescription. Based on the concept it reveals the value of the medical information, the application of medical information therapy is also mentioned including the prevention of diseases, medical decision making self preference, medical preparation, chronic disease self-management and hospice care, and analyzes the challenges of information therapy.
