The paper introduces the investigation about public health information technology personnel by Epidemiological Dynamic Data Collection platform (EDDC ),and the function of EDDC which contains the building of questionnaire, the release and management of tasks and data collection  The practices show that the application of EDDC, is not only cost little money, improves the efficiency of survey and the quality of data but also provides powerful protection for public health investigation.
