Based on the analysis of Hospital Information System(HIS) upgrading characteristics，detailed introuction project schedule management in upgrading the application of HIS. The Process includes rational evaluation work and difficulties, recognition of key missions, plan formulating and project schedule controlling. The experience of applying is listed in the paper.
