The paper reviews the development of network studies related to scientific paper from the perspective complex network, including citation network and co-occurrence network. Based on the idea, the constructing a content-based similarity network is proposed and explores the feasibility and practical significance ,including the paper content of the complete and accurate expression, using vector space model expression literature content, citation intensity and the coupling rate,etc.
