Based on the introduction to current medical library alliance in China, the main problems are pointed out and analyzed of medical library alliance , the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures including updating the idea, setting up resources sharing platform, carrying out cooperation, playing expert and leadership role, ensuring the sustainable development of alliance, strengthening the team construction and funds guarantee, ect.
