The paper discusses the importance of medical students' humanistic quality, analyzes the causes of deficiency in humanistic quality education of medical students and points out the effective way to improve. Through the analysis of literature metrology, it also puts forward important role of strengthening the construction of literature resources, training the students' reading interest.
