The paper carries out indexes organization, extraction and reconstruction according to 30 more other websites or health information resources evaluation models. After weight survey and indexes selection of 124 users, the integrated evaluation model is refined including 3 first class indexes, 9 second class indexes and 21 third class indexes. The first class indexes include usability factors, resource quality factors and service quality factors.
