Through analysis on practicability investigation questionnaires for health surveillance system in Beijing, the paper finds out the existing problems, analyzes its reasons and proposes corresponding countermeasures, including increasing the investment, strengthening the governance, promoting the practicability, establishing cooperation and control mechanism with companies, etc.
