The paper introduces the changes in human life as the development of mobile Internet impact on behavior, as well as users′ requirements for the library under this circumstance. By summarizing the theory of mobile library and listing mainstream service models, current development and application status of mobile libraries are depicted both in China and abroad. Existing problems are analyzed and corresponding solutions are proposed, the future development trend of digital library are prospected at last.
