The paper analyzes the current status and problems of hospital library providing information resource service for clinical scientific research. Corresponding countermeasures are proposed including improving quality of collection resources, enhancing communication between clinical researchers and librarians, innovating service modes, improving the quality of librarians, carrying out personalized information service, etc.
