The paper briefly introduces the concept, content of nursing informatization as well as nursing informatization construction process both in China and abroad, elaborates its application status from the aspects of clinical nurse operation informatization, nursing management informatization, nursing logistic support system, etc. It also points out the existing problems in nursing informatization construction process, on the basis of that future development strategies are put forward.
