Taking Children′s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University as an example, the paper compares the flow charts before and after Personal Digital Assistant （PDA）application, analyzes its effects from the aspects of registration, configuration, calling for infusion, puncture for vein, changing new infusion, ending infusion and workload statistics during the treatment. The PDA application could improve the working efficiency of nurses and reduce medication errors, it is worth popularization in outpatient infusion center.
