According to the characteristics of medical and health institutions group in Hangzhou, the paper explores way of residents-centered medical and healthcare service informatization reform in Hangzhou, including optimizing the procedure of diagnosis and treatment, constructing digitalized hospitals and sharing high quality medical resources and so on, consequently assists the reform of healthcare system.
