Taking researchers of Zhujiang Hospital as examples, the paper surveys the information retrieval behaviors of hospital scientific researchers by semi-structured interviews, then proposes personalized services for hospital libraries including providing personalized information services, changing the communication mode with hospital scientific researchers, carrying out personalized training services, paying attention to website construction and improving the quality of librarians.
