The paper discusses the construction procedure of performance evaluation system for digital resources acquisition, including evaluating process and index system. Taking library of Yang-En University as an example, the operation is depicted, the results show that the construction of this system is helpful for precision of digital resources acquisition and improving the quality of resources.
