The paper puts forward the design idea of disease monitoring and intelligent information acquisition system based on regional health information platform, introduces the expected benefits and the matters that should be noted. The system will contribute to the requirements of disease monitoring information of zero omitting report, zero delay report, zero hiding report and zero error report, provide timely and accurate basis for disease prevention and control decision-making of relevant government departments, at the same time it provides references for other similar system construction.
