Starting from the function of health informatization to medical resources integration, the paper analyzes the affect of electrocardiogram information system construction mode to medical resources integration in different phases. Combined with current informatization development status and tendency, based on electrocardiogram information platform construction, the idea of realizing professional medical resources integration is proposed, and the practices and effects in Chaoyang district in Beijing are introduced as a successful example.
