The paper takes SCI-Expanded as information source, carries out bibliometric analysis on global personalized medicine papers which published from 2003 to 2012, including the aspects of overall development tendency, research topics, citation status and so on, so as to understand the development tendency of global personalized medicine, provide references for promoting personalized medicine research in China.
