From talents and enterprises aspects the paper investigates and analyzes the patent intelligence utilization capability of 6 small-medium pharmaceutical enterprises in Shanxi province, including the awareness of talents, professional patent knowledge acceptance, patent intelligence institution stats, the current amount of patents, patent intelligence demands, patent protection awareness and so on, so as to provide references for promoting capability of patent intelligence development and utilization, and accelerating the implementation patent strategies in the enterprises.
