Through investigation and analysis on basic cognition status, teaching arrangement, retrieval methods and ways selection, retrieval difficulties of PubMed and CNKI database, the paper finds out the problems existed in studying and utilizing PubMed and CNKI database, proposes corresponding solutions, so as to improve the retrieval level of medical postgraduates.
