The paper is taking simulation test and interview with users to trace and evaluate the user's experiences while navigating the new website of Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention for finding out problems emerging with the new website, and proposing modifying strategies, including setting more scientific column layers, strengthening integration of services and resources, improving the construction of service functions, perfecting interaction mechanism, so as to improve the service level of the websites.
