The paper collects information from 162 grade A class three hospitals from 10 aspects, including the number of the papers published in core journals, the number of authorized patents, SCI citation frequency and so on. It then combs and analyzes the collected data and constructs the evaluation model, the model is fitted and amended. 9 indices which attach to 3 dimensions respectively are finally determined, quantitative weights allocation of secondary indices are also discussed.
