Based on the EndNote software, the paper proposes the idea to construct special literature database about osteoporosis traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing. By introducing the function of EndNote management software，it purposes the significance, objectives and basic ideas of database construction, including constructing EndNote library, collecting literatures widely, perfecting retrieval function, constructing sub-database catalog, strengthening routine maintenance, etc.
