Based on the 2010-2012 hepatitis B literatures published in Chinese core journals from Wangfang Data, the paper provides a knowledge map of HBV through text mining technology, including data cleaning, entity extraction and co-word matrix construction. It is proved that knowledge map can be used in biomedical knowledge discovery and can provide valuable information for medical staffs.
