With random sampling, health check-up persons are selected both before and after optimization by lean six sigma concept. Through time of physical examination registration, filling in the inspection, finishing the medical report as well as human resource allocation, completion rate of check-up results, process optimization status, the effect of informatization health management mode after optimization is evaluated. The results show that health management service mode after optimization could improve the efficacy and quality of health management significantly.
