The paper conducts a questionnaire survey among doctors and nurses from all the departments of People′s Hospital in Hebei Province, the contents of the questionnaire include knowledge on step-by-step quality control, satisfaction ratio to step-by-step quality control of Electronic Medical Records (EMR), defect reprocessed degree and efficiency of the working EMR and terminal medical records. The results show that step-by-step quality control could improve the quality of medical records and it is satisfied by clinical doctors.
