The paper analyzes the current status and the connotation construction of hospital libraries, proposes effective measures to construct the connotation of hospital libraries, including strengthening the literature information resources construction, electronic equipments and network equipments configuration, talents team construction as well as various kinds of reader service work, in order to provide strong support for the hospital work.
